TO Light Fest 2018

It was the second year for this new arts festival in the Distillery District and it attempted to re-create some of the novelty and awe of its inaugural offering. There were some mixed reviews about it and certain pieces seemed to be missed more than others but that's the nature of the festival, no matter where in the world it is. (The one in Amsterdam follows the same structure). Each year, new artists. There were a few particularly outstanding pieces this year and it certainly seemed to be more popular than the previous year. That said, I seemed to choose the coldest day of the year to visit but although my fingers were falling off, it was still stunning.
